Eligibility for Returns

Refund Conditions

  • If your case is approved, we will refund the full purchase price of the item(s).
  • Refunds will only be issued after the postal claim has been successfully processed and approved in cases of damage during delivery.
  • Returned items must be in 100% re-saleable condition, in their original packaging, and include all tags or labels.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for items returned due to personal preference or change of mind.
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued if the delivery status is marked as “Delivered” and the buyer reports non-receipt. In such cases, the buyer must report the matter to local authorities for investigation.
